The Story So Far

I was born in Melbourne, Australia, and now live in the UK. My career has spanned health and fitness, hospitality, and sales, even two years working on cruise ships in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. Each step gave me new skills and a wider view of what’s possible.

Life, though, has tested me. I lost my father to cancer when I was young. In my younger years, I battled with self-destructive habits before finding the discipline to rebuild. More recently, I went through a difficult divorce, walking away with very little and starting over from the ground up. These challenges could have broken me, but instead they became fuel to grow, adapt, and create a life with more freedom and purpose.

For me, success is not measured by titles or possessions, but by resilience, service, freedom and community. Flo First has given me the platform to live by those values and build something meaningful… this is only the beginning.
